Return & Refund policy
All goods and services sold are non-returnable and non-refundable. We only make exceptions if you order contains products that are:
If your order contains incorrect or defective items, returns or refunds will only be eligible if your request is made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
If you received an order that meets any of the 3 conditions, & would like to initiate a return/refund request, please submit the contact form here with the following information:
- Your order number
- Photographic evidence of any damage/defects
Our team will look into each order on a case-by-case basis, and if we confirm the defective condition of the product following the examination, we will either:
- Exchange the item for you; the cost of return transportation for an exchange will be borne at the buyer(s) expense. All returned item(s) must be retained in the same, new condition that they were delivered in. We regret to inform you that items returned with visible stains/defects will not be eligible for exchanges.
- Refund the full cost of the order, after delivery costs have been deducted.
If you do not notify us within the 5-day cooling-off period, we will not be liable for any shortfall made in the order.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns/refunds:
- Pop-up sale items: All sales at our physical pop-ups are considered final, and return of items for exchanges, and refunds will not be eligible.
- Bounced or undelivered mail due to insufficient/incorrect address: Buyers will have to pay the redelivery fees in full for the order to be mailed out again.
In the event that the mail is not delivered successfully due to an error on our team’s part, we will bear the redelivery costs in full.
