Shipping

Please take note before ordering:

All local orders will take 8-10 working days to be processed.
Local shipping will take 3-7 working days to be delivered, upon being mailed out.
Your order will be mailed directly to your letterbox, and tracking will be sent to your email upon fulfillment. (Please input your email during checkout to receive tracking updates)
International shipping is available upon request, please contact us for more information if you are located outside Singapore and would like to purchase our items.
Orders may take longer to be fulfilled during peak periods, such as during year-end festivities.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt due to incorrect/insufficient shipping address from the customer, redelivery chargers will be applied.
In the event that you do not receive your parcel within the specified timeframe, please check your tracking updates. If there are still not further tracking updates, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue.
