A moment of rest in the animal kingdom, Two Lions and One Lioness by Mark Rojan depicts a lion family basking after the hunt. Drawing from childhood memory, Mark Tupas paints Simba, Nala, and Kovu with flat tones and simple patterns. Grass, rock, and foliage are rendered in rhythmic textures, giving the scene a sense of quiet majesty and familial strength.

About Mark Rojan
Mark is a thoughtful and meticulous artist formerly under Rainbow Centre’s Artability Programme, he now continues his artistic journey in ARTDIS. He is especially drawn to the natural world, with a keen interest in animals, dinosaurs, and nature. Known for his careful attention to detail, Mark approaches each task with diligence and patience, always exploring how different materials interact. A fast learner, he continuously seeks new ideas to refine his work. His precise drawings are full of character and expression. Outside of art, Mark enjoys singing and is a devoted fan of the boyband One Direction.
