Teresa chose to paint her rabbit differently from the others because she believe every individual has a unique story to tell.
As a person with a disability, she has learnt that true beauty comes from embracing who we are rather than trying to fit in. Through this artwork, she hope to encourage everyone to be confident, celebrate their uniqueness, and see our differences as strengths that enrich our community.
