Han Shi Yu is a jewellery designer whose work draws inspiration from folk legends, traditional culture, and decorative arts. Known for her versatile design approach, she incorporates techniques such as enamelling and 3D printing to create contemporary pieces rooted in cultural storytelling. Her designs have been selected and produced by commercial jewellery brands, reflecting her ability to bridge heritage and modern craftsmanship.

Inspiration Behind the Design

"Moonlit Osmanthus" was inspired by the Mid-Autumn Festival and the symbolism of enjoying blooming osmanthus flowers beneath the moonlight. Through ribbons, pearls, diamonds, and floral embellishments, the design celebrates harvest, prosperity, and reunion. The rabbit embodies elegance and festivity, while the flowing decorative elements evoke the gentle glow of moonlight and the warmth of gathering with loved ones.
