Wang Yusu is a fashion designer specialising in children's wear and the contemporary adaptation of traditional Chinese clothing. Her work combines heritage craftsmanship with modern silhouettes and wearable design. Through thoughtful reinterpretations of Chinese cultural elements, she seeks to celebrate Eastern traditions while making them relevant and accessible to contemporary audiences.

Inspiration Behind the Design

"Moonlight Jade Rabbit" is inspired by traditional Chinese attire and Mid-Autumn cultural symbolism. Referencing historic pearl jackets and cloud-shoulder garments, the design incorporates pearl embellishments to mimic moonlight and evoke legends of the moon and Jade Rabbit. Soft blue tones and smocking techniques create an elegant, festive atmosphere that celebrates heritage, craftsmanship, and lunar beauty.
