Artist Profile

Priyadarashini Kumaresh Neka and Sha Ruo Chen are multidisciplinary designers who share a passion for creative exploration, experimentation, and personal storytelling. Drawing inspiration from nature, culture, traditional symbolism, and everyday experiences, their collaborative practice combines thoughtful craftsmanship with meaningful details. Through fashion and jewellery design, they seek to create authentic works that evoke emotion and celebrate cultural narratives.

Inspiration Behind the Design

"MOONÉ"  is inspired by Mid-Autumn folklore, particularly the story of the Jade Rabbit beside Chang'e on the moon. Sparkling floral embellishments symbolise shimmering moonlight, while clouds, a luminous full moon, and a tranquil night sky create a dreamlike atmosphere. The design celebrates reunion, nostalgia, and childhood wonder, inviting viewers to reconnect with the magic and traditions of the festival.
