Shim Hwiwon is a fashion design student specialising in fashion textiles and visual storytelling. Her work explores feminine aesthetics through elegant silhouettes, luxurious textures, and refined detailing. Inspired by the relationship between fashion and character creation, she develops imaginative designs that combine craftsmanship, narrative, and expressive styling to bring her creative concepts to life.

Inspiration Behind the Design

"Midnight Grace" reimagines the rabbit through a romantic and sophisticated fashion lens. Inspired by a design discovered in a reference book, the piece combines flowing tulle, a structured collar, and sparkling rhinestone embellishments. The deep navy palette evokes the mystery of a moonlit evening, while the delicate contrasts between softness and structure create an atmosphere of elegance and enchantment.
