Hop with Heart

Painted by Mr Eric Chua, Senior Parliamentary Secretary at the Ministry of Social and Family Development and the Ministry of Law, and Member of Parliament for Queenstown SMC.

Bright, joyful and unmistakably Singaporean, Hop with Heart was created by Eric Chua, Allan and Johannes, with each bringing his own ideas and personal touch to the sculpture.
 
Its sunny yellow coat radiates optimism, while its bright red details and proudly held Singapore flag express their shared love for the nation. At its centre is a heart, symbolising the warmth, care and human connection behind the collaboration.

Having walked side by side at The Purple Parade, Eric, Allan and Johannes came together once more to create side by side. Their rabbit celebrates a Singapore where everyone can take part, contribute and belong. 

Hop with Heart carries a simple hope: that we see the person before the label, recognise the gift in every individual, and give every talent the opportunity to shine.
