Sage decided to paint buildings on his rabbit because Singapore's architecture and buildings that means a lot to him.
He painted HDB flats because he relates to living in one, while the shophouses reflect his enjoyment of painting them. He chose yellow, purple and red because these colours make him happy, representing brightness, passion and his love for Singapore.
