Chang Kim Ngoh is an accomplished artist celebrated for vivid narrative paintings that capture scenes of everyday Singapore life. Her distinctive style features expressive figures, rich colour palettes, and nostalgic depictions of communal traditions and cultural heritage. A recipient of the Philip Morris ASEAN Art Distinction Award 1998 and the Very Special Arts Gold Award 2000, she continues to document stories of community, tradition, and togetherness through her art.
