This four-part series explores the interplay of light and shadow through a minimalist palette of black, white, and muted gold. Textured surfaces and layered brushwork evoke depth and movement, while structured tonal blocks bring balance and calm.

Each work carries its own emotive energy, reflecting the fragments of shadow and brilliance that shape our days. Early to Rise is not just about time, but about presence, the energy and drive to meet the world with openness and possibility.

About Natalie Holstad

An intuitive painter since the age of 11, Norwegian-Singaporean artist Natalie Holstad believes in the healing power of art.
