by artist Hugh Lee
This layered composition presents shophouses from different angles, overlapping like memories in motion. Hugh Lee combines palette knife textures, watercolour pencils, and marker outlines to create depth and tension. Balanced yet dynamic, the work reflects on perspective, architecture, and the ways in which city spaces are shaped by imagination and experience.
